umeboshi dressing

Ingredients:

2 umeboshi plums
¼ to ½ teaspoon minced onion
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ cup spring water

Method:

1. Puree the umeboshi and onion in a surbachi.

2. Heat the oil for about one minute and add it to the other ingredients.

3. Add the water and mix well.
